8 days in and 1 pound down! 🎉🙌 Have been staying under 1500 calories, however on the weekend I did go over slightly but always plan on giving myself a bit of a break on the weekend. 😜 I have been to the gym 4 times as well and also trying to make sure my protein intake is at a good level. Long may it continue! 🤞🤞
