Mel I haven’t reached any of my goals trying to enjoy life without worrying too much about goals targets life is stressful at the moment their is a joy shortage in the world so put it all to one side & live for the moment ….

Thanks All of you, I feel as though I have let you all down. But you are all right. Look out 2nd January 2023. I have to lose a stone so I can fit into my special clothes, I Don't want new ones, I like the beautiful clothes I have. So we will get there and that's that.
