Fritzy 22's Logboek, 23 jun 22

I don't usually weigh in daily but I've been seeing a loss of a fraction of a pound for at least a week now.

Back to low fat today! Yesterday fat was 50% of my calories! I finished up the ground beef having tacos for lunch and dinner. Usually when I blow the diet I decide to just eat whatever I want since the day's a write off anyway. But then I saw I was well within my calorie range so didn't eat anything else. Hopefully I'm over the taco cravings.

Good Job! I think you were wise to see that your macros might be off but not your calories. Macros usually balance out for me, if I pay attention to the calories.

Thanks SLY - I have never really paid attention to macros except for trying to get sufficient protein grams. It's always been all about calories and TRYING to eat less processed foods. Now I'm paying attention to fat and protein and calories. Carbs just add up, especially on a low fat diet.
