Yesterday and today weren't low fat days. I made tacos. But I got the leaner ground beef and weighed it. 3 ounces yesterday and 2 taco shells. Today was 4 ounces and 3 taco shells. And 3 to 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup is 4 tablespoons of shredded cheese. It was so good! Today I just had the tacos and a really light breakfast of 1/2 English muffin and 2 cups of coffee.
