My weight and body fat have been fluctuating more than usual. Another huge jump today. Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 347 kcal deficit // BF↑0.4% and is back out of range // missed Sleep Goal // Lift day!!!
