only because I'm ill with covid, also on antibiotics for v,bad ear infection, if it hadn't took so long to see a doctor the infection would not have been as bad or painful, no appetite at all not eaten for 4 days so far, hope to feel better soon 🤧😷🤢🥺

Thank you trytry, I finishes the antibiotics tomorrow (tuesday) but my ears no better, so looks like another trip to the docs wen I'm covid free 🤷♀️

Thank you for your concerns, trytry I can only ring our surgery at 8am & as iv missed that slot today due to feeling poorly & sleeping a lot cause of covid will have to see what tomorrow brings, our surgery has been terrible since the pandemic, you have to rely on a locom doc to arrive if your lucky, I had to go to a walk in centre to get the antibiotics the doc there said I should really be in ENT department but need a referral from my gp, I waited 3 & half hours in that walking centre full of sick people & I think that's were I caught covid, ENT won't see me while I'm positive so got to wait till I'm negative again then hopefully I can get sorted, 🤞I really don't understand how you can sit in a walking centre for over 3 hours with sick people but can't sit in a waiting room at your docs surgery?? 🤷♀️

I think all docs have been terrible since the pandemic. I was on the phone an hour then they said had no slots phone tomorrow. My partner had to phone them back cuz I was quite poorly. When I finally saw a doc 2 days later they said if I had waited longer I'd have been in hospital! Bloody disgusting!

I agree Addison, iv had a terrible time trying to see my GP, Thy told me if I was concered to go to A&E thy are just about coping in there, even the nursing staff at the hospital said thy don't understand why we are being sent there, thy said the GPS are being paid v,good money for answering the phone! It's not fair on the staff in A&E, all the medical professions have pulled together & worked there socks of threw this pandemic & I feel that the GPS have let everyone down, thy don't want to get back to the surgery's now, everyone else seems to be getting back why not them, 🤷♀️

Yes @a loss the hospital doing a great job! Receptionist at the docs like the gestapo! U shouldn't have to run ur symptoms by them! They aren't even medically trained no more than anyone who is a first aider!
