Yesterday was a lift day. I ate way under my calorie goal. Lately, my appetite has not been as robust as I would like. Yesterday, I slightly exceeded my protein goal only because I drank an extra protein shake. I met all activity goals. 1479 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // Sleep Goal met // Feed day
