Yesterday was a rest day and I ate "Poorly" at 129% of my calorie goal. I was over my eating goal after dinner and then to add insult to injury, I started late-night snacking with chocolate-covered almonds. I exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 172 Kcal surplus // BF↑0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
