Well, 2 steps forward and 1 step back on the scale. i know I haven't exercised in a while and I did indulge in the kinds of foods I haven't eaten in a while on Sunday and Monday. I have had a several days of no exercise and it is a good reminder of how important it is to my goals. However, I am not discouraged. I have had days where progress seemed to take a step back and then resumed toward my goal with minor adjustments. Thank you to my buddies and FS supporters. It does help to have a helpful cheering group of people. J
