Day 4 of 5 days of <20 carbs a day
I think this is the longest I have gone, consuming less than 20 carbs a day, in a long time. I have also been 🏃🏾♂️ running 5 miles a day and walking 4 miles a day (because I am back to going in the office most days and walking at lunch).
