You are going to surprise yourself, "Bananas." I was looking at how far you've come in a relatively short period of time. Give yourself credit, you are awesome.

Thank you, Jim! Nothing quite motivates me like an appointment at the doctor's office for a strip and search, followed by a reading of my blood. Ugh! No Easter candy for me, that's for sure! 

Thank you, Blueberry! Am aiming for another 2 pounds by the 31st, since I can't remember if I need to account for clothes or if they weigh me in the paper gown. Need the buffer. 

I feel the same when going to the dermatologist for a full body mole check. Ugh! Sometimes those gowns barely fit too! Hate that!  

The 2 piece paper gowns are a joke. They're big squares - who has a square-shaped body?!? I've never had a full-body mole check (just a face one). But I think the pap still wins the prize for the most humiliating (harsh bright light, up close) cavity search. 

Lol the buffer, I'm sorry but as I read this I spit my tea out of my mouth😂😂😂🤗 now it's in my nose. Lol you'll get there, usually in a paper gown. Best of luck to and your upcoming appointment 💙💙💗💙💙

Thank you, HCB and Blueberry -- I'm just nervous about all these people seeing me naked (doctor, nurses, lab tech for mammo). Worse, I'm concerned that my scale at home is not calibrated the same as the one in the medical office. What if I step on it and it registers that I'm actually 10 pounds heavier than I thought? Gahhhhh!!!!!!! The truth will be told, I guess.  

You're Welcome bananas, you will be okay you are doing this for your health remember that. and that Dr.'s scale I would trust more than a Home economy one; you'll at least find out where you actually are (weight wise) & You're going to know what else is going on.
