Thank you everybody! I'm not going to have a big drop off in weight. I know it is going to take time to chip away at this. I just really appreciate all of your comments of encouragement and those who support. 💚 I like to imagine someday I will be stronger and better at this. I'd sure like to conquer my emotional eating and perhaps I will find it easier someday. In the meantime.... One day at a time! ❤️
