adefwebserver's Logboek, 15 jan 21

Even though I gained a pound, it was a good week of sticking to my planned diet.

I can lose about a pound a day by running 5 miles in the morning, and keeping my net carbs < 50g.

My only problem is; I "run up" my weight, each weekend, by going >250g of carbs. If I stop doing that I will start losing "net weight".

I am slowly getting to the place where I can mentally do that...

Good work, man. Scale means very little compared to feeling better and knowing you are progressing!

@melissatwa - Thanks! Yeah it is the 'mental' part that has been holding me back during COVID. I *know* what I need to do (what worked for me 3 years ago), but, with COVID you kinda go "What's the point? Can't go anywhere anyway..."
