Thanks so much everybody! ❤️ I so appreciate all of your support and encougment. It has been a wildly busy day. I am thankful the bread and cookies did not translate into a gain that wanted to stick around! 😁 I don't know why it is, but sometimes it just seems easier to eat a bit less while at others I struggle so much with control. The last week or so has just been a bit easier for some reason. Watch next week I gain five pounds... Well, I hope not! 😁
