i had my cheat day yesterday with a cup of sweet bread with peanut butter and cream. i gained weight 😔😔😔 now i know that i really should be strictly avoiding sweets even during my cheat day. 😔 anyways im still optimistic.
71,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
Gewichtstoename van 1,2 kg per week

Hello there 😊 It's probably just water weight, which you'll lose eventually. We don't have to restrict ourselves too much because that might lead to binging. One "bad" eating day isn't going to ruin our diet. What's important is we get right back on track afterwards. 😊♥️

might be Water weight,,, or just bloated... that happen to me that is why if you workout and eat clean,,, the scale don't matter that much.
