Bad news: I am definitely 20lbs heavier since COVID 😒 Losing only 1 pound in 7 days really means I just 'stayed even'.
Good News: At least I stopped 'gaining' weight. I am still running 15 miles a week, and I logged all my food every day 👍🏾
I still plan to only weigh on Fridays (my lowest weight during the week), until I get down into the 170s.
Sometime in September I plan to do a 5 day water fast to drop some 'true net weight'
