Thank you! PF took our ropes away and the single pulley thing that was plasticky or had fabric due to covid. I ordered one from amazon for myself because I really, really like overhead tricep extensions with a rope and pulldowns with the rope. Was supposed to be here yesterday- I thought. Certainly will not arrive before I head to the gym in a minute. May go twice just to use it tonight if it comes. :)

Can't beat the rope unused to love that because u can get all kinds of angles and different forms. I have the rubber tubes and like them for pulldowns and overhead stuff. But they beat on my door frames with the anchor. Wish my pf would open. Facebook says indefinitely. Idk. Have a good workout. But looking at your arms u always do.
