Thx 😊 for Friday.....a little weight loss, but most likely from excessive water the day before.


I sprained my shoulder from to many sit-ups. We were timed (8 minutes) & had a combination of sit-ups (10,15,20,25,30,35) & :30sec planks after each round. Looking for a shoulder Ice 🧊 Pack....hard to find!!


Time to find my coffee ☕️!!
