Has anyone had any experience with intermittent fasting? I think this is what I need to do
69 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

yes. i do keto, i also take around under 800 calories. my breakfast is at around 10 or half past 10 and i stay well hydrated and i have my second meal in the evening, never past 7:30. idk it might sound 'shocking' but i'm just so deep into ketosis since the last 2 and a half months i dont feel hungry. so i've got around 14 to 15 hours where I've not eaten and it seriously helps with staying healthy and weightloss.

Years ago yes. Now I religiously count calories. This is helping me to say NO when I'm dangerously close to my recommended daily intake.

Yes Iā€™ve been trying to do this recently and I find it really works when I stick to it. I eat 9.30-6.30 as I find evenings is where I snack so I try to eat my dinner as early as possible. It really helps me to be strict with my snacks and helps me lose consistently Mx

I find it difficult to maintain and some women loose their period... but I did find I saw results after a few months

I tried it intentionally and it helped short term. But the weight came back when I resumed my normal diet. When I ate mindfully by listening for real hunger cues, I lost weight and maintained.

thanks for all your comments, it's starting to work, I am stabilizing my weight now, at first cutting out meals made me feel really hungly, but I'm getting used to it now....it DOES work! THANK YOU ALL

I've been doing it 18/6 1 week every 2nd week for 7 weeks and have lost 24lb have found the fast easy but getting clean calories in is the hard bit most I have managed was 1500 cal.not for everyone but don't let anyone tell you not to do it As it does work for some people.....good luck
