ā¤💚😀💛💜 Back to goal! I was sure I would bounce back up today. After eating my leftover Paella for lunch & a pasta concoction (used what I had in the house) for dinner I hit around 2000 calories yesterday. So I'm pleasantly surprised to actually decrease by .6.

I did get in some exercise pulling weeds and took our afternoon walk. I'm coming home all hot & sweaty now, since the temps & humidity are up. I really want to start doing some light workouts with weights to build up my arm muscles. Also need to work on the thigh muscles. That crinkley skin is not attractive 😯

The tummy discomfort seems to have dissipated.

Rain in the forcast but the sun has come out. Think I'll get a little gardening in. We have some work to do up the drive by our entrance but that means I need to get hubby motivated as well as me. We need to prune bushes. He's gone out to run errands so it won't be today.

Good getting back to goal! It is a bouncing ball, but as long as it comes down... Or that is what I tell myself! 😁 It sounds like your property as an awful lot to keep you busy and giving you a good workout!
