Day 2 of a planned 3 days of eating

I have noticed since 'the lock down' my weight fluctuations are 'tighter' (less amount of gain/loss up and down each week).

I cannot really explain why.

The only real change is that I eat solid food on Wednesdays.

It’s been the same lately for me, I’m thinking it’s the workout challenge and I’m building muscle but I’m also in a deficit so possibly just kind of stuck lol. Yes it is☀️Have a great day Adef 💜💚
