Yesterday I ate "Poorly" (in a good way) at 117% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but again did not meet all activity goals. BF up 0.3% I'm actually having to eat more to maintain weight and body fat so I am upping my calorie goal by 100 calories...
68,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
