44 days since I recorded my weight. In that time we have had four weeks of isolation/lockdown. With hardly any opportunity for exercise I think I have done well to keep my weight gain to half a pound. I have reduced my calorie allowance to take account of my reduced activity level but will try also to move about more when I can. Aiming for a full pound off by next Monday.
