Day 2 of a planned 2 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Today I break the fast and allow myself to eat what I want for 3 days 😁🙌🏾
I am mentally trying to motivate myself to use my dumbbells to do squats. I am blessed that I bought two 50lbs dumbbells before I stopped using them and decided to only [i]lift heavy[/i] in the gym.
I never imagined that there would be a day where the state of California would not allow me to go to the gym for 2-3 months (sigh).
There are a *lot* of exercises I could do at home, but, because I am notorious for having 'bad form' and injuring myself, I am only willing to do the squats (it is the upper body exercises that I unusually 'mess up').
