Canā€™t believe the Mountain Hiking 🥾 was that stimulating on the Calories, but it was a Challenge to Complete. Lost nearly 2 lbs.

Our key Goal was not to stop/rest even at the flat areas on the Mountain 🏔. I achieved the Goal & feeling pretty good today!!

Time to Relax.....haha, life is too short!!
