Too busy yesterday to eat my required minimum maintenance. Even woke up early (2am) trying to prepare for today!!

Although busy, I still committed to the WOD. It definitely reduces the stress levels we seem to produce!!

Brief Run, Bicep Curls, Bench Glute Thrusters (Banded), Landmines & Stretches. Of course, more push-ups 120x!!
