I would too! 🙌I’m probably gonna have a gain Monday. Rich and unhealthy food on the menu for Friday night and no gym Friday or Saturday.

Eating a daily average of maybe 2100-2250? I can't remember without pulling out my laptop. But quick update...yes - eating more - still killing it at the gym. That part never changed though. 💪🏼💕
