Not sure how I lost the pound, but most likely due to the limited Proteins from yesterday. We had a busy Saturday morning, leaving San Diego early & making our way back home.
On Friday, we Meet up with my Sister & her husband at the Airport as they were on their way for a 16-day cruise 🚢 . Of course, their five (5) different luggages barely fit in the car!! 😎😎😂😂.
