I've typed out 2 journal entries to have them dissappear 😐 So I'm just going to say I'm disappointed in my gain today. May be water retention cause I thought I was pretty good yesterday.
Good report at my Doctor's visit...labs all good.
73,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 12,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
