Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I had a really hard day at work this week and the only thing that stopped me from going into a ‘epic binge’ was surrendering to my WOE that I know that works. Anytime I think, "I have learned", or "I can handle this", I get into trouble.
