@chesgreen - Thanks man! Yeah my weight does matter when it comes to how 'fast' I can run. What is nice is that I can get this fast at 170lbs+ Normally I have to be in the low 160s to acheive that pace. So, If I can get back down to say 162lbs perhaps I can do 7 minutes?

@Becc@ - Thanks! This weekend I plan to really try to limit my carb and protein intake more. For weeks I have not felt 'motivation' to do this, but for whatever reason this past week I have been way more motivated.

Use that newfound motivation to your advantage! I have been motivated to get back to walking this week and it is so rewarding. My biggest obstacle has been the FRONT DOOR! Once I get past that, I do great! Keep running and enjoy the rewards it brings!

Day 5 is finally here! Don't know how you last that long especially with all the exercise. For me to fast 5 days I'd have to be sleeping through it!

@EllieFlorida - Haha! Yes, sometimes I simply say to myself "I will just commit to putting on my running shoes..."

@Fritzy 22 - For me the exercise makes it "easier". I think it forces my body to 'switch modes' and start burning fat. It is the 'in between' where I think I feel 'sluggish'.

Update: Due to work, I did-not-run this morning 😢 However, I do plan to walk at lunch and when I get home...

You are so fast! It takes me nearly 20 minutes to hit a mile!! 😅😅😅😅 It’s a bummer you missed your run yesterday. Hopefully you can fit one in today!
