OK so 61.5 pounds gone and I am down to about 10 pounds to go. Slow going, but I am increasing exercise again with not such a demanding work schedule. The thing is, I am NOT doing well charting my food.
Not that it is really bothering me because one thing I have learned going thru this is how to eat and what foods have what cals in them.
If I am unsure of something, I chart my whole day to see where I'm at. Anyway, does that make sense? I think my eating right is more about habit and knowledge now, but I don't want to lose that.
