Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yesterday I went to the gym, 🏋🏾♂️ lifted my max, and did a 🏃🏾♂️ 5 mile run 😁
The good news is that, knowing I wont have any 3 or 4 day weekends for the next several weeks to [i]sabotage[/i] my program, I am now [i]mentally motivated[/i] to dig in and stick to the diet and exercise better.
My goals:
🌟 5 days a week of less than 20 carbs and less than 50g of protein 🌟 Running 5 days a week 🌟 Lifting weights 2-3 times a week
During the week I drink Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder 😁 I also take Nutricost Pure L-Leucine Powder before or after my workouts. For me that delivers the amino acid repair that my body needs. I only drink the protein shakes because they help me stick to my macros better than trying to actually 'eat solid food correctly' during the week :)
