Maintenance prevails, although I am starting to get a little bored 😐. Maybe it’s time to work on a new Routine!!

We worked on Chest MAX goals this morning, but no luck from this side!! I guess “old” does effect certain areas 👨‍🦳👨‍🦳🥵🥵. Or at least a good excuse!!

Time to find some Strength......💪💪
