Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
Day 9 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks
So yesterday I came in at 98 [i]net carbs[/i]. My ‘Goal’ was to be under 100 carbs, but, I’m gonna count this as ‘sticking to the challenge’… Let’s see what @SharonsVictory says… 😜
Today I plan to hold off eating any solid food as long as possible. One thing that should help is a 7 mile run planned this afternoon. That will suppress my appetite and give me another 2 hours of not feeling the need to eat.
If I can push my eating as late into the day as possible, I will hopefully shorten my [i]eating window[/i] to 2-4 hours. This should help me stay under 100 carbs for the day.
