WOD was Pump Day....all Strength, Chest & Deadlifts. The trainer threw in a curve/surprise.....70 Strict Pull Ups (w/Partner), if you had a break, 10 Hammer Curls & 10 HRP. We had over 50 Curls due to the break!!!
