I’m so disappointed in myself, my calories have been all over the place due to my friends wanting to eat out and my sister bringing snacks home. I have had over my limit one day and then way below the next so I hoped that would even it out, I have been exercising more by going on runs. My main struggle is finding healthy low calorie food/meals that will keep me full for longer, any suggestions? please help :((
