TGIF....feeling pretty good without a weigh in. Most likely below 170, at least hoping.

Moved on & made it to the Gym!! I just posted the Routine & survived the beginning 13 minutes. Exhausted 😩, but recovered. Finished with RDL Squats & inverted BB pulls.
