No weigh in today, trying to wait a week!! I am starting to get anxious 😦

Crushed the GYM this morning. We attempted a Strength & Conditioning Routine, and it paid off....haha (Burned 650+ Cals). Overall, very satisfied!!
• Bench Press (50%) Level
• DB Rows
• SB Bridges
• 5 Rounds
• OH Plate Flutters
• Lunge Split Jumps
• KB Squats
• 200m Run
• 3 Rounds

Breakfast 🥞 Time!!
76,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
