Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating
[i]Blood sugar 99 mg/dL[/i]

Did not meet all of my goals yesterday…

👍🏾 Carbs below 60 (30 carbs)
👎🏾 Protein below 100 (169 grams)

But, I did find a break in the ☔ rain and got a 🏃🏾‍♂️ run in 😁.

Today I plan to go to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ gym for the first time in nearly two weeks. I have been concentrating on losing weight, so I am not ‘carbing up’ (except that I will drink two huge ‘Protein Coffees’ to give myself ‘something’ to work with…)

I will try again to keep my carbs below 60, but, the protein is gonna be high again today.

Oh well, my 5 day ‘No solid food fast’ starts again on Monday…

Update: Did the gym and was surprised I was able to lift my 'maximum. However, unless I 'carb up' I can feel, in my muscles, that I would not be able to lift the same tomorrow...
