Lowered my Calorie intake on Saturday by about 300 Cals. This did help maintain my overall weight in the 168-169 range. Hopefully can continue my Calorie levels at the same standards this week as I am traveling 🧳 back East for 4 days.


These Hotel/National Meeting trips are always challenging as the food offered is for multiple people...over 200 of us.
