I would like to make 5:00 AM my wake up time, but as my sleep is very irregular I don't put an alarm. I don't sleep good a few days a week, so those mornings I am soo tired. what I am doing lately is; if I can not sleep I get up and go workout.

Oh that is great! You are like my husband, he wakes up at 5:00 every morning, but if he go to bed at 7:00 he is asleep at 7:01 🙄(I hate him😒) we go to bed early too but I don't fall asleep, my little one doesn't let me, or I am waiting for the cats to come back or I am just not sleepy. 🤦♀️
