Starting the Vacation Day early with the usual 04:30 alarm. It’s hard to change the daily routine.


Gained a few ounces, but survived the weekend feast!!

Leg Day at the Gym and we started with a conditioning class with “cold” weather....in the middle 30s!!

• KB Sumo Squats & Pulls 15x
• DB Shoulder Press 20x
• Repeat


• Back Squats (75% 5x, 80% 3x, 95% 1x+)
• BB Lunges 3 x 10

Assault Bike-20 minutes

Time to find the Heater!!

I would like to make 5:00 AM my wake up time, but as my sleep is very irregular I don't put an alarm. I don't sleep good a few days a week, so those mornings I am soo tired. what I am doing lately is; if I can not sleep I get up and go workout.

Oh that is great! You are like my husband, he wakes up at 5:00 every morning, but if he go to bed at 7:00 he is asleep at 7:01 🙄(I hate him😒) we go to bed early too but I don't fall asleep, my little one doesn't let me, or I am waiting for the cats to come back or I am just not sleepy. 🤦‍♀️
