Yesterday in the evening I checked my weight including % for muscles, vat, bones and metabolic age. The last time I checked it was in the end of July. And then I stoped with doing everything beside the research. Then I started slowly again around the Christmas time of 2018 with my planning I mentioned days ago.
Measurements from yesterday evening:
weight 62,6kg, muscles 81,3%,
vat 14,4%, bones 4,3%,
metabolic age 18.
Mind you that I am 32 y.o. I was expecting results but not such a big difference.
Here are my measurements from end of July of 2018, for comparison:
weight 71,5kg, muscles 72,4%,
vat 23,6%, bones 3,9%,
metabolic age 44

Tot nu toe verloren: 9,8 kg.
Nog te gaan: 7,2 kg.
Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
