70 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

I only drank my protein drinks yesterday and GAINED a pound! I'm not worried because I'll probably drop 2 pounds (or more) tomorrow. I did not run yesterday, because it was raining.

This is why I do 5 days on my fast. I ALWAYS get results 3+ days…

@nikeit - Thanks! Those pushups really wake me up in the morning 😆 I may keep doing them... but, not 70! I think I may start each morning off with 25 with 'good form'.

good plan, 25 with good form would be alot better. their are alot of variations on pushups you could try to keep it interesting

@keith george cooke - Yeah, I have NOT been using 'good form' lately with my pushups. I was just trying to 'hit the numbers' 😜
