Blood sugar 88 mg/dL 68 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)It is cold in Los Angeles and raining like cats and dogs. All I want to do is stay inside and eat. So, the only thing I can commit to is logging and tracking. I believe the rest will work itself out. I did run yesterday when it started raining and I got soaked. Anyway, plan to be back on the normal "No Solid Food" fasting schedule on Monday. 👍🏾 However, exercise will be totally messed up if this rain continues, because I can’t run in the rain. 😎 Life is Good! Everything in moderation is not bad. I hope you enjoy the rain and the tasty food like me. Today I am without fasting or low carb. But I enjoyed it a lot. My weather is very cold and rainy and waiting for snow 😊

@Keilin_4 - Yes I am! If I could eat 1500 calories, I could eat every day, but, I always seem to 'go crazy' and 'binge' on 3000+ calories. Can't lose weight on that... :(
