Checked it 3 times.. so proud of myself! 🤩
Ate what I wanted, drank a lot of water and traditional dried plum/apple/pear juice which is working wonders if you're are feeling too full or bloated.
And then 2 days of cucumber water detox.
It worked!

Almost forgot - done my blood/urine test again yesterday as in September some results were a bit elevated - all good now, back to normal range! 👍😁😁😁

Sure Frankie - for 2 days I drank 2,5l if cucumber water instead of plain water, ate as usual, we'll maybe a bit lighter as Xmas good was gone 😥😁
To prepare water you need a big bottle/jar, slice half of fresh cucumber and mix with water in the bottle, put into fridge for at least 3h and enjoy! Refill water during the day and keep in the fridge.
Slice new portion of cucumber next day or day before and leave it overnight in the fridge.

Yasmine I'll try to reach my goal of 65kg and we'll see - I got 60kg in my head, but don't know if I'll make it.. if not, 65kg sounds good to me 😊
