The Weekend is over & I dodged excessive Calories ....Yeah!

Ready to start this New Week Before the Xmas Holiday Events!!


Hit the gym this morning & concentrated on Squats & Conditioning with the Legs. We burned 720 calories.....


Warmup:
• :20 sec BWS
• :20 sec BWS Hold
• 8 Rounds

Barbell Squats-18 minutes
• 1 rep to MAX
• Approx 12 weight changes

Conditioning-12 minutes, AMRAP
• 5x Pull Ups
• 10x HR Push Ups
• 15x KB Squats
• Approx 7 Rounds

Finish:
• Assault Bike 12 minutes
• 5 minutes Abs
76,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Well done - I burned 450 on the elliptical, rowing machine and some chest presses...pretty good for a short, old woman! LOL

Chris, Thx, funny, but I told my wife this morning, the hardest part of the WO, you are Always hungry afterwards. Since we are doing both Strength & Conditioning, the Muscle groups are reacting, we are getting bigger in the right places & smaller in the other. I lost 2 inches off my waist!!
