Day 1 of a planned 4 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 109 mg/dL
Well good to know that when I 'Bulk Up' for weightlifting it only-takes-three-days :)
I am back on my normal diet! I can't mentally handle gaining any more weight. Thanksgiving is coming up next week and damage-will-be-done (sigh).
So thankful for 'no solid food' fasting. If I had to spend weeks to lose this weight I would get tired and discouraged. But, I know I can drop 5-7 lbs a week.
