Lost .5 lbs, but most likely due to the intense workouts.


We had another one this morning, as it was an 885 Calorie Challenge! We all went outside after the Conditioning Round & tried to recover for the Strength Session.


“Helen” Workout 🏋️‍♀️ - 3 Rounds, 14 Minutes MAX

• 400m Run/Row
• 21 Overhead KB Swings #53/#44lbs
• 12 Pull-ups
• Repeat

Strength: Chest Press 4x (6 Rounds)


Finish -3 Rounds
• KB 1 Arm Rows 10x
• DB close grip press 15x
76,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
