1 more day & off goes the ankle cast...it’s been 6 weeks.....YEAH!! Hopefully only a small walking brace.

Went to the gym this morning & did Barbell Bench Chest Press for the first time in these 6 weeks. I went down 30 lbs in strength, but it felt pretty good.

Finished with:
• Barbell Bent Rows
• KB Bicep Curls

Burned 670 Cals!!
77,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
